"I went to massage school on a whim and stayed because of the freedom it allowed me in representing myself and owning my work. Being a professional in an accredited touch industry has taught me a lot about something super theoretical yet totally true in reality—our bodies. The healing arts are how I help people free themselves from pain and bring more harmony into their life. Massage is my platonic love letter written in a primal language: touch.
For over a decade, my practice has incorporated a dancing, rhythmic fusion of earth massage, good music, and neuromuscular therapy. My unique touch and body insight stem from experience, intuition, and compassion, backed by the freedom of a private practice. I am wholly not an expert, but I am fascinated, experienced, and have figured out a few key concepts that can be technically touched on with massage in safe, innovative ways.
My signature method is intended to ignite your body’s natural healing process. On my end, I am often led by your body’s natural flow—movement, breath, and lines—that direct me into the tissues, allowing central issues to be addressed and relieved. I deliver bespoke results by designing each session to be completely unique, drawing on my deep emotional empathy and a rich blend of principles anchored in architecture and community.
